The talking heads on TV have been constantly saying that if Louisiana ends with a necessary run-off on 12/7, that all this money will suddely be flowing into the state to either defeat or prop-up Sen. Mary Landreiu. Here is where I am scratching my work-related-aching-head....

I may be horribly, terribly wrong, but these weather reports seem to me to be a good thing for the Republican party.
Historically, Republicans are more dedicated to voting and are less detered by adverse weather conditions, standing in lines, etc.
